Outlet Keyholder - Jersey Gardens

Summary

Provide leadership on the sales floor by supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals at the outlet location. Assist with store operations including merchandising and opening and closing tasks while maintaining brand standards. Act as a point of contact for customers and staff when the manager is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
• Open and close the store following company procedures and secure premises.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining product presentation.
• Manage transactions and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues on the sales floor.
• Coach and guide team members during shifts to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to provide strong customer service and work in a team.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience.
• Capability to perform opening and closing duties and follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends.
