Outlet Keyholder - Sawgrass Mills

Summary

Provide leadership on the sales floor as an outlet keyholder at a high-volume mall location. Support store operations, assist customers with purchases, and ensure sales goals and visual standards are met in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and secure inventory.
• Lead and coach sales team to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
• Process transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Enforce company policies and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting stock.
