Outlet Keyholder - Support

Summary

The Outlet Keyholder supports sales and profitability by delivering customer service and assisting with merchandising and store operations. The role also helps ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and provides supplemental supervision when store leaders are absent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide friendly, helpful service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, complete price changes and merchandise processing, and support receiving and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing standards and provide supplemental oversight as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
