Outlet Keyholder - Support - Jersey Gardens

Summary

The Key Holder supports sales and profitability by engaging customers, providing helpful service, and supporting merchandising efficiency. This role also maintains store operations and provides supplemental oversight during opening and closing or when store leadership is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, genuine customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including pricing, tagging, ticketing, damages, and stock receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling-floor and stockroom spaces.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental oversight when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
