Outlet Keyholder - Support - Mission Valley

Summary

The Keyholder supports sales and store operations by providing helpful customer service and maintaining merchandising efficiency. The role also assists with opening and closing procedures and provides supplemental oversight when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assist them on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, process price changes and damages, and support merchandise receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling-floor and stockroom spaces.
• Protect company assets and support store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
