Outlet Keyholder - Support - Mission Valley

Summary

The Keyholder supports sales and profitability by engaging customers and assisting with merchandising. This role also helps maintain efficient store operations and provides supplemental oversight during opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare, receive, and dispatch merchandise; complete price changes and process damaged merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom areas.
• Protect company assets and support store opening and closing standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
