Outlet Keyholder - Westbury

Summary

Serve as an outlet keyholder responsible for leading sales floor operations, supporting the store management team, and delivering high quality customer experiences in a busy outlet setting. Provide opening and closing leadership, assist with sales and merchandising, and ensure store standards are maintained during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assume keyholder responsibilities during shifts
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash procedures
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure visual presentation meets guidelines
• Assist with inventory control including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Support loss prevention and follow security procedures
• Communicate shift information and operational updates to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail experience, including supervisory or keyholder experience
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Cash handling and POS system experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to merchandising
