Outlet Operations Leader - Bloomfield Outlet

Summary

Lead and develop a high-energy stock team to drive operational excellence at the outlet, ensuring accurate inventory handling, safety compliance, and seamless merchandise flow from receipt to sales floor. Partner with cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners to uphold service standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and movement of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and processing timelines.
• Ensure proper tagging and integrity of merchandise.
• Coordinate release of product to delivery partners and customers.
• Authorize and manage destruction of products marked out of stock per policy.
• Maintain service standards in interactions with customers and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptable and solutions-focused with ability to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items in excess of 100 lbs using proper equipment and techniques.
