Outlet Operations Leader

Summary

The Outlet Operations Leader develops and leads a high-performing stock team while ensuring smooth, accurate, and safe operations. The role supports exceptional customer experiences through inventory integrity, efficient merchandise handling, and effective collaboration with internal teams and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee merchandise receipt, processing, storage, and movement to the sales floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, ensure merchandise is properly tagged, and monitor operational metrics.
• Coordinate product releases to customers and third-party delivery partners while upholding service standards.
• Manage the authorized destruction of merchandise designated as marked out of stock.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items over 100 pounds using appropriate equipment and safety techniques, and to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
