Outlet Operations Leader

Summary

The Outlet Operations Leader develops and motivates the stock team while ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe store operations. This role safeguards inventory integrity and partners with customers, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee merchandise receiving, processing, storage, and movement to the sales floor.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and processing timelines, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged.
• Coordinate product release to customers and third-party delivery partners.
• Manage the destruction of products designated as marked out of stock in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail; home furnishings experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Ability to adapt to change, work a dynamic schedule, and lift and move items over 100 pounds using proper equipment and safety techniques.
