Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping initiatives at the Vacaville outlet to ensure the facility meets company standards. This role supports preventive maintenance programs and coordinates with the outlet team to minimize operational disruptions. The associate helps maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage areas.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards.

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair activities and identify process improvements.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
