Summary

The Receiving Associate supports efficient processing of merchandise and supplies in the store. The role maintains organized stockroom standards and helps merchandise become floor ready while supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise and supplies, including receiving, dispatching, unpacking, tagging, and ticketing items.
• Receive and record trailer deliveries, complete price changes, and process damages, salvages, and job outs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom while maximizing space and following operational and asset-protection procedures.
• Support selling team members as needed to provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and multiple technology devices.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
