Outlet Receiving Associate - Livermore

Summary

Part-time role supporting incoming merchandise processing at the outlet location. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy and store readiness. Works closely with store and stockroom teams to ensure timely flow of goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and safely
• Inspect merchandise for damage and verify shipment contents
• Sort and organize stock in the receiving area and stockroom
• Label and log items into inventory or direct to sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy investigations
• Maintain a clean and safe receiving area
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Coordinate with store and management on shipment priorities

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in retail receiving or stockroom work
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Basic inventory and stock handling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable punctuality and strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable operating material handling equipment
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends
