Summary

The Outlet Receiving Associate supports store operations while helping create a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience. The role includes receiving and handling merchandise, maintaining the sales floor and stockroom, and assisting customers with sales and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts, backstock surplus, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Recover and replenish the sales floor, maintain fitting rooms, and ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
• Assist customers, complete register transactions, and support loyalty and credit account enrollment goals.
• Support markdowns, outbound merchandise, asset protection, and other store operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve diverse customers.
• Comfort using technology and following written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
