Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the Outlet by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining brand standards. Support a high-quality shopping experience through expert product guidance, efficient transaction processing, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend products
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship
• Maintain expert knowledge of assortment, services, and store policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the brand aesthetic
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to team sales goals and support overall store performance
• Assist with merchandise movement and stockroom organization

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives through relationship selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capable of prolonged standing and physical activities including bending and climbing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
