Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide personalized service and product education
• Promote product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of assortment, services, and policies
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance consistent with brand aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions
• Contribute to team sales goals and drive store performance
• Collaborate with team members across the store to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives through relationship selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical activities including bending and climbing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
