Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the sales floor and assess their needs to recommend products and services
- Educate customers on product features benefits and craftsmanship to support purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain expert knowledge of assortment services and store policies
- Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect brand standards
- Contribute to sales goals and support overall store performance
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet customer needs
- Perform physical tasks including lifting moving and staging merchandise safely
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience preferably in home furnishings
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales objectives through relationship driven selling
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional presence
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities
- Detail oriented with ability to maintain merchandise presentation and store standards
