Summary

RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Associate based in Oxnard, CA to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the outlet location. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, educating them on product features and craftsmanship, and supporting sales goals while maintaining the RH aesthetic. The associate works collaboratively with store teammates to process transactions and uphold merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication, presence, and exceptional service
• Engage and educate customers on RH products, highlighting features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions to ensure a seamless purchasing experience
• Drive sales performance by contributing to team goals and supporting overall store success

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
