Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate delivers elevated, personalized customer service and supports sales performance in a home furnishings outlet. The role builds customer relationships, shares expertise about products and services, and helps maintain the store’s presentation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional communication and exceptional service.
• Engage and educate customers about products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the brand aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and climb.
