Summary

Represent the brand and deliver personalized customer experiences in a home furnishings outlet. Help customers make informed purchasing decisions through product expertise, relationship-driven service, and support for store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain product features, benefits, craftsmanship, services, and policies.
• Build product knowledge and maintain merchandise presentation that reflects the brand aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.
• Communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of working on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
