Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate sells high-quality home furnishings in an RH Outlet environment, delivering elevated customer experiences while offering value-driven product assortments. This role proactively engages customers, provides personalized service, and educates on product features and craftsmanship to support informed purchasing. The associate upholds brand presentation standards and works with the store team to ensure a seamless transaction and shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and exceptional service
• Engage and educate customers on RH products, highlighting features, benefits, and craftsmanship
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the RH assortment, services, and policies
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to reflect the RH aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and contribute to team sales goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom
