Job Description

Summary

Lead a high-energy retail sales team at an outlet location to drive revenue and margin goals while delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the store.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to drive sales performance
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members in product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
  • Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to uphold brand standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales and operational efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety inventory and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to support store operational hours

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
  • Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
  • Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs using proper equipment
  • Ability to maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom and perform physical tasks
