Summary
Lead a high-energy retail sales team at an outlet location to drive revenue and margin goals while delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to drive sales performance
- Coach, train, and motivate team members in product knowledge and selling techniques
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to uphold brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales and operational efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Manage staffing and scheduling to support store operational hours
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs using proper equipment
- Ability to maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom and perform physical tasks
