Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation and overall store appearance
- Partner with cross functional teams to coordinate sales operations and customer service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing bending and other physical activities
