Requirements- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership and strategic execution.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.
- Capability to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
