Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

Lead a high-energy sales team at an outlet location to drive sales excellence, deliver extraordinary customer experiences, and uphold brand presentation and operational standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives while fostering client relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
• Maintain elevated merchandise presentation and store appearance standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales and operations initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities
