Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader leads a results-driven retail sales team and delivers exceptional customer experiences. This role drives sales performance, customer loyalty, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, monitor performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists and foster relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer service standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work across all operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform the physical activities required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
