Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader guides a results-driven team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. The role strengthens customer relationships while upholding the brand's standards for merchandise presentation and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, track performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train and motivate team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists and foster repeat business.
• Maintain brand standards for merchandise presentation, store appearance, safety, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate sales, operations, and customer service with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work across all operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
