Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

Lead a high-energy, results-driven outlet sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. Build brand loyalty and customer relationships while upholding the company’s standards for merchandise presentation and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, monitor performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists and strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain brand standards for merchandise presentation, store appearance, safety, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales, operations, and customer service initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks.
