Summary

Lead a high-energy outlet sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue and margin targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives while maintaining elevated brand and visual standards. Coach and develop team members to exceed goals and foster client relationships that drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and motivate Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination of sales, operations, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and operational procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks
