Summary

Lead a high-energy sales team at the RH Outlet in Vernon Hills to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and margin targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising, pricing, and client outreach efforts that reinforce the RH brand. Coach, motivate, and develop team members to exceed sales goals and maintain operational and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and elevated brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory, and visual merchandising compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and related physical tasks
