Summary

Provides customer-focused service and drives sales in an outlet store environment. Supports checkout, merchandise presentation, fitting room standards, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the selling floor, checkout, and fitting room.
• Process purchases, returns, payments, and credit applications accurately.
• Merchandise new receipts and maintain a clean, organized, easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Support stockroom, markdown, merchandise handling, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort using technology and following written procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
