Summary

The Outlet Sales Support Associate drives sales and provides an engaging customer experience through service, selling, and support of store operations. The role also maintains merchandise presentation and helps ensure an organized, customer-ready shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide service and selling support, and assist at checkout and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Support loyalty enrollments and sales initiatives.
• Merchandise new receipts, recover and replenish the selling floor, and maintain fitting rooms.
• Handle merchandise preparation, markdowns, stockroom tasks, and outbound merchandise as needed.
• Follow asset protection, safety, security, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use technology and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
