Summary

Supports sales and store operations at the outlet by providing welcoming, customer-focused service and helping customers find merchandise. Maintains an appealing selling floor while supporting checkout, merchandise handling, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Merchandise new receipts and maintain a clean, organized, easy-to-shop selling floor.
• Maintain fitting rooms and ensure merchandise is ticketed, secured, and customer-ready.
• Support stockroom, markdown, receipt processing, and outbound merchandise tasks as needed.
• Follow procedures for asset protection, safety, and store security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use and navigate technology and read procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
