Outlet Stock Associate - Bloomfield Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise to support an exceptional customer experience at the outlet. This hands-on role operates in the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving product from delivery to placement while maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment. The associate ensures accurate tagging and inventory tracking and assists with customer pickups and vehicle loading.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines
• Ability to maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks; prolonged standing and physical activities required
