Outlet Stock Associate - Clearwater Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise at the Clearwater Outlet to ensure accurate inventory and an elevated presentation. This hands-on role moves product from delivery to storage and onto the sales floor, supports customer pickups, and maintains a safe, organized environment. The associate upholds brand and safety standards while working collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming product shipments safely and efficiently
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong time management and adherence to safety procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
