Outlet Stock Associate - Cleveland Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise for sale and customer pickup while maintaining a safe and organized stockroom and sales floor. This hands-on role moves product from delivery to placement, ensures accurate tagging and inventory tracking, and supports an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with vehicle loading
• Move product between stockroom and sales floor to support merchandising needs
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical activities including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
