Outlet Stock Associate - Dawsonville Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, processing, and stocking of merchandise at the outlet, ensuring products are accurately tracked and presented to support an elevated customer experience. Maintain a safe, organized stockroom and assist with moving merchandise from delivery to sales floor and customer vehicles. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
• Move product seamlessly between stockroom and sales floor.
• Adhere to brand presentation and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Capacity to stand, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and climb for prolonged periods.
