Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and staging inventory to support an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume outlet environment. This hands-on role works across the stockroom, loading docks, and sales floor to move merchandise safely and efficiently while maintaining brand standards and organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior stock receiving experience preferred
• Proven ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling merchandise
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
