Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Perform receiving and stocking duties at an outlet location to ensure merchandise is accurately processed, organized, and presented to support an exceptional customer experience. Work is hands-on in the stockroom and on the sales floor, involving heavy lifting and collaboration in a fast paced retail environment. Maintain safety and brand standards while coordinating deliveries and assisting with customer pickups.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Adhere to safety guidelines when handling and mobilizing merchandise

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capable of prolonged standing and physical movements including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
