Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, processing, and staging of merchandise at the outlet to ensure inventory is accurately tracked and product is presented to support an exceptional customer experience. This role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving items from delivery to placement while maintaining organization and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills daily
• Operate appropriate equipment to move and stage product

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
