Outlet Stock Associate - Paramus Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, processing, and movement of merchandise in an outlet environment to ensure inventory accuracy and attractive presentation. Support both the stockroom and sales floor by preparing items for customer pickup and maintaining a safe organized workspace. Work collaboratively in a fast paced setting while upholding brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Move product seamlessly from delivery to placement on the sales floor
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capacity to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and climb as required
