Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate receives and processes inventory and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented to support a strong customer experience. This hands-on role works in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving products from delivery to placement while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory quality.
• Tag and label merchandise accurately for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchases for customer pickup and assist with safe vehicle loading.
• Follow safety procedures and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing priorities.
• Experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and accessories over 100 pounds and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
