Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate receives inventory and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented to support an elevated customer experience. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to move product safely and efficiently while maintaining an organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Tag and label merchandise accurately for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading vehicles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks.
