Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate receives and processes inventory and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented to support an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role works in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor.
• Organize the stockroom, maintain inventory quality, and accurately tag and label merchandise.
• Prepare purchased items for pickup and assist with safe vehicle loading.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and accessories weighing over 100 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks.
