Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate receives inventory and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented to support an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role works in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments safely and efficiently.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Tag and label merchandise, prepare purchases for pickup, and assist with loading items into vehicles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories weighing over 100 pounds, and perform the physical duties of the role.
