Outlet Stock Associate - San Rafael Outlet

Summary

Responsible for receiving and processing product shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor to support an elevated outlet customer experience. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment. The associate prepares items for customer pickup and ensures inventory is accurately tagged and tracked.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure inventory quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving furniture following safety guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items in excess of 100 lbs and perform prolonged physical activity
