Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving inventory and moving merchandise from delivery to storage and the sales floor. This hands-on role maintains a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment while supporting customer pickups and sales floor presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organization and time management in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
