Summary
The Outlet Store Leader provides strategic and operational leadership for the Cherry Hill Outlet, driving execution to deliver elevated customer experiences and strong business results. This role builds and empowers cross-functional teams, sets strategy, and fosters a high-energy, People First culture focused on quality and operational excellence. The leader will champion profit protection and ensure brand presentation aligns with outlet standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a dynamic, performance-driven culture
- Foster a People First environment and partner with Field Leadership and People Team on hiring, development, and performance management
- Manage all aspects of team member lifecycle decisions in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team
- Ensure visual presentation and store operations align with brand and outlet quality standards
- Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits
- Identify and communicate business opportunities and support implementation of initiatives and rollouts
- Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and appropriate personal presentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Ability to travel periodically, including extended trips, and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing as needed
