Lead and oversee all aspects of the Cleveland outlet store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead coach and inspire store teams to achieve performance and cultural goals
• Manage team member lifecycle including hiring development and performance management
• Ensure visual presentation and store standards align with brand quality and safety
• Champion profit protection through risk management security cash controls and inventory processes
• Identify analyze and communicate business opportunities to drive results
• Support implementation and follow up for initiatives and operational rollouts
• Represent the brand with integrity professionalism and personal presentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
• Strong leadership communication and team development skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to travel periodically including extended trips as needed
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
