Outlet Store Leader - Jersey Gardens

Summary

The Store Leader oversees day-to-day store functions, selling and service activity, merchandising, and operations when the Group Store Manager or Store Manager is absent. This role leads the outlet team, drives sales and profit, and delivers an engaging customer experience through strong service, merchandising, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, selling, service, and merchandising activities.
• Drive sales and customer engagement while maintaining a customer-ready environment.
• Direct staffing coverage, merchandising standards, floor plans, and store signing.
• Protect company assets and ensure consistent compliance with operational, cash office, and asset protection procedures.
• Communicate store priorities, coach selling behaviors, and develop team members, including onboarding and ongoing performance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal and external business partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies and manage workflow to achieve priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, using technology, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
